GOOD EYE GALLERY
Good Eye Gallery (founded by Art Therapist Melinda Fay) grew out of the idea that art, much like people, fails to thrive and live up to its potential when marginalized and labeled. Beginning with pop up shows and an online platform, Good Eye Gallery expanded to include a brick and mortar store in Eagle Rock filled with carefully curated art objects and decor. With her keen eye and spirited attitude, Fay provides a dynamic mix of old and new, trained and self taught, original and limited edition work in a price range that makes collecting more accessible and affordable than most traditional gallery settings.

MOMSTAMP
Founded by three moms in LA, who believe the job of parenting is enhanced by the collective wisdom of your community, Momstamp is a new social recommendation site in Los Angeles. On Momstamp parents can ask and share trusted local service providers, classes, camps and schools with their friends and friends of friends. Saving and organizing the information, Momstamp makes it easy for parents to search for information that other friends have already recommended on the site. Momstamp brings ease and organization to word of mouth recommendations.

PUSHBUTTONS
Pushbuttons, Eagle Rock’s alt-80’s cover band, has teamed up with Melinda Simon Fay and her Goodeye Gallery and Momstamp to help promote Mothers — in a different way this Mothers Day. Band members Kate Schellenbach (of Luscious Jackson), Laura Embry, Darren Embry and Derock Goodwin are departing from their normal, edgy 80’s material and have put together an eclectic cocktail set with special guest keyboardist Andrew Hindes to help promote Mothers who are still “putting it out there”.
